Vintage Mickey Mouse Cuckoo Clock, Wooden and Hand Painted, 1940's#

First I put the 40's, But I am unsure when it is made though appears to be old and no idea who made it. It has no maker mark I could find or date on the item.

I did swing the arm that should hold the pendulum and the that part was working and the gears moved, but no way to to tell if the rest works.

It does have some other issues, so will list what I saw or found here but may have missed a problem. As you can see it is missing the weights, pendulum, key, and presuming something that would be in the top rectangle hole since metal rod sticks out with nothing on it so maybe the cuckoo bird? Other stuff I notice, the big hand for minutes on clock face is broken and mickey is missing his arms, one at elbow and other at shoulder. A little wood damage on bottom part where it is red and a few little spots of wear.

With that covered if you have any questions please ask, I found one or 2 somewhat like this with Pluto or such that said the 30's. I will double box this to try and keep safe why the weight is slightly higher.
