Vintage Piggy Bank, LoveBank by Yaps made in Hong Kong.
There are 2 versions of this, if information was right this version is an earlier version made in late 60's or early 70's. The difference in the 2 versions is small; the earlier version is more square with the top looking like ice dripping down side from top. The other one looks like a crate or dog carrier to me.
Takes a c battery but I had no battery to test so selling as is in case it doesn't work, but more as a collector piece for shelves.
No cracks or broken pieces, but it does have a few paint spots from being stored maybe in garage. Stands about 6 1/2 inches tall.
