Vintage Tootsie Passenger Railroad Engine Car, Pennsylvania, 1940's
The car itself is in good shape with only minor wear in two minor spots I could see, with black paint and silver around bottom and name. No major scratches or damage to body of the car.
The wheels and axles, the one axle that is left does come loose as one side as lost the bit of flange to keep it in. the axle that is left only as one wheel. Since I couldn't find another as mention below I am unsure if it had a smoke stack on the front if so it is missing though no real damage around spot it would be as in getting broken off.
I couldn't find another train car with Pennsylvania on the engine.
