You get all six figures shown, three characters, 2 lamposts, and a horse tie up pole.
Figures are about 3" tall and 1.5 at base. The African American figure seems to maybe have had a horse or something that went in hole in front on base since he seems to be trying to feed something but is no longer there, he was made in 1998. the other items vary in years made from my research so was harder to tell on lampposts and such.
