I found some of these for sale just not this specific one online. This one is just under 3" in diameter and about 1/8th of inch thick on edge and a little thicker in some spots where the people are since they stick up some. It does say bronze on the side of the coin along with the other information I mention above.
Weighs around 8 oz.
I couldn't find exact date when this was released, but most of the ones with blank back seem to be in the late 70's or 80's so went with 80's
