I found some information on these type of dolls at https://dollreference.com/patsy_doll_type_lookalike.html. While I couldn't find one that exactly look like the one I have listed their information did help since so many were produce.
I tried to get a picture of back of neck where it Says EffanBee Patsy Doll but was unsuccessful in getting a picture that showed anything. It does have that mark on the back identifying it as such. I am presuming since the site said these were made till 1946 and early version till 1940 didn't have hair just painted to look like hair this one is from the mid 1940's if someone knows differently let me know.
The doll stands about 13 to 14" tall and 6" wide, it's eyes do close and open depending which way you lay it. It seems very old the third picture shows the crackling of paint or material on the legs it is starting but not as evident on the lower body though the arms and neck were in good condtion from crackling at moment. The head is a little loose so car is needed when displaying or such. Comes as you see there is no box or other information.
