Vintage Bassett Hound Wind Up Toy, 1970's#
Toy is about 5" wide, I put it up just incase somebody needs it for parts I would presume or to fix up. The head is slighgtly loose, the key is missing, some holes in fabric where you can see the metal insides. I put the 70's on it to be safe since I couldn't find one anywhere online. It could be older or just used a bunch. Other reason I picked the 70's is that was when Bassett Hounds were popular dog in the USA.
Amyways if somebody wants a wind up toy for the shelf that does seem to work till you find key and maybe fix a few issues this is your dog.
