Belief this were made around 1996 with Slam caps being popular in the mid 1990's.
I have a Slammer Set and 5 thru 9 of the slam sets. The slammer set comes with 4 slammers the others have 6 slam caps in each pack, So there are 30 slam caps and 4 slammers in all.
They are all still sealed and never been out of the package.
