The toy comes in the original box, the box is in pretty good shape with only one side at top that as corner tears and you can see it sticking out just a little in picture 7.
The toy seems in great shape and does appear to have been played with some.
It has the instruction sheet, all 8 balls, and 1 missile out of the 2 it is suppose to have and the original box, hard to find one with a box in great shape with minor wear.
I am unsure if the toy works when batteries are in it, though being a toy collector with 50+ year old toys I do not test them so not to cause any damage to toy.
