Vintage US Bicentennial Commemorative Plate, 1976

This vintage china plate commemorates the US Bicentennial (1776 - 1976).
The plate has the Liberty Bell flanked by the US 1776 flag and the US 1976 flag. Below the Liberty Bell is the statement: "Proclaim liberty throughout all the world unto all the inhabitants thereof".
The plate is about 10" in diameter and as no cracks, chips, or crazing.
I am not sure of maker of it, comes with no box or paperwork, others I found with this same flag were fancier with gold lines or scallop edges and were made by the Preston-Hookinson Company of Appomattox, Virginia so thinking this was the cheap version of those plates.
