RARE WWII "The ACME Thunderer" Whistle Made in England for Army/Navy
It is a very loud whistle so it could be heard over most other noises in the area. It is chrome plated brass and still has original quark (cork) ball inside. Some of it as you can see as lost the chrome from wear, but still works. Comes with the key attached and was bought at an estate in Eden, N.C. My feelings since the person estate was from person who worked many years for high school that it was his whistle for football practice that he had from the war.
