This is Edwin M. Knowles' Norman Rockwell collectors' plate entitled Flirting in the Parlor. It was issued in 1983 and was the 8th plate in the limited edition collection entitled Rockwell's Rediscovered Women, a series which offers a unique retrospective of works of Norman Rockwell.
The plate is numbered 6643F and comes with the original box and includes the Certificate of Authenticity.
Bradex Number: 84-R70-4-8. There is also a Rockwell Society of America Official red seal on the back of the plate.
The plate has gold on the outside edge. Measurement: 8-1/2" in diameter.
In excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. It appears to have been kept in the original box.
