Vintage Cast Iron Pull Toy, Two White Horses and a Blue Wagon, 1930's

This cast iron pull toy from the 1930's or earlier is in remarkable condition with no major damage or paint loss. The horses with the front two wheels do detach from the wagon as intended.
It is about 12" long when all together and about 4" tall and 3" wide.
I couldn't find one that look anything like this on the internet and unsure of the manufacturer.
