I belief this is from the 60's or 70's, doing some company research they didn't start using Spartus name till 1960 the company used name for years and move around some and was sold to different identities thru the years. The Last one if info is correct, I found online sold for 495 dollars. The four-horse clock is the rarest from what I can see and tell with finding many 2 horse clocks.
Problems I could see and find that are major and not so much fixing wire that acts as harness to horses. One clock will need to be rewired or fixed if you want it running. The Guy on Coach is missing and belief there should be a back rest for him though of the 2 I found pictures of one had it other didn't which is one that sold for $495.
The wheels do screw off and a new one will need to be made or found since missing one back wheel.
Rest of piece seems in pretty good shape, the glass is not broken on clock, no major damage to any horses they are connected by wire that may need to be moved some so horses sit right I got them to sit pretty well for pictures.
Can see wheel missing in picture 5 if for display it is on back and not easily seen when on shelf.
Will ship as you see it so not have any wires get broken or warped to bad.
