Figurine comes with what you see in the photos, in original box. The Box says 1984 on it, the figure as 1972 stamp on bottom. My guess and not a Goebel expert is it was designed in 1972 and made in 1984.
It seems to be signed is my though but can't make name out but does say 88 on it after the three-letter name can see in picture 4 on left.
No cracks or chips, Figure is about 6" tall and 3" wide.
