Vintage Metal and Rubber/Plastic Tractor, Red Farm Tractor, Dyersville Iowa 52040 by ERTL
I am unsure when this is made, I found some close from the 60's thru 90's but later ones had smokestack so unsure if mine is missing or earlier version. It has some age but then what makes me feel it is from the 90's is they made the wheels out of plastic and rubber.
Issues well used so has lots of paint lost, it was cover in red clay I cleaned it up some but will need more cleaning if you wish it to be that way. Biggest issue is one big wheel is broken at axle, so it leans out or in unless position carefully or fixed.
Tractor is about 8" long and 4 1/2" wide at the large wheels.
