All the pieces seem present to me, I locked one in so kid of works but more a collector item at this stage of its life.
Base is wooden and mouse would go in and get choke to death when it sprung the sring with under wire coming up, not sure how well it worked back in the day.
Ones I found say it was made in 1920's
