I couldn't find a date on the item; it came with a bunch stuff at auction from 90's so I put that date. Only other one i found had small pegs, this one has larger polka dotted pegs.
It is used and does have a few marks you can see in picture 3 and 4 if close to item, from a few feet away you can't really see the few used marks.
It has spots to hang from wall on back it is about 20" long and 8" tall.
