Vintage Action Figures, Marvel Comics Superheroes Action Figures, "Spiderman or Incredible Hulk" by Mego Corp, 1970's#
Both figures are in good shape with some minor issues, Spiderman is from 1975 and only issue I found was the suit clasp on back is missing one piece so doesn't close. This one was called fist fighting spiderman.
The hulk one pin that holds forearm on if wiggle comes out so may need to be glued and placed like you want it.
