I am unsure when this was made my guess is the 60's or 70's at the latest, it has no UPC code. Someone did start it but appears everything is inside, and the instructions are on bottom, I didn't want to take chance on breaking anything.
I can't guarantee it is whole short of trying to build it myself, I found a few for sale mostly in Europe so not sure if a overseas company made this or not. Seems rare only found 2 for sale right now.
Box is large so shipping may seem high will try my best to find cheapest way to ship and refund the overages if any.
