I am going by what was told at the auction, I am unsure totally when made since no maker tag or such to tell when it was made. Would make some sense it was made during war since small pieces of fabric and paper would need to be used to make it.

The Puppet is in good shape, the fabric is sitting flat, only the head is hand painted, the rest is fabric with wood inside to move arms and such.
