I am unsure when these were made but look to me to be 60's or older. Most are in good shape with the river one having some staining on back. I am presuming these were handed out for parades or fairs.
Pictures are of front then the back with info on buying some or a business.
They are made of cardboard and stick with staples to keep handle attached.
The last one of flowers pulls out from each to make it larger to fan with.
