No date on can but also no UPC code so belief this is probably 70's or early 80's.
It has over a hundred pieces, plus three extra pieces from puzzles and a game it looks like but yet to find a puzzle I have they fit so unless i find need they are in can at moment.
Biggest problem is it is missing 2 pieces that you can see in picture 3. Rest of puzzle is in good shape with minimal wear.
The can is missing the plastic top, so it is in bag to keep pieces there.
Selling cheap for someone who may need puzzle to fill missing pieces they have or just for can and the pieces present.
