All comics come with bag and board regardless of grade. I grade these myself and try to grade lower than what they are in case I miss anything.
I would grade these mostly Fine to Near Mint but like to keep below unless graded by someone else. I will note anything if above a minor defect below. No torn or missing pages I could see. These appear to have never been read just stored in bag and board.
