I am presuming this is first edition from 1889 nothing I found online or in book says it was made with this cover except that year.
Book is old so showing some aging of the pages, it does have a folded ear of one page and some pencil writing and such on a few pages, but book is still readable and intact.
The cover does have some damage to cover and edges so selling cheaper than others I found online due to this fact.
No torn or missing pages I could see.
