Vintage Decor Plate, Fransica Plate with Large Leaf Design and Flowers
I am going by what auctioneer said, that this was a Fransica plate though I am not 100% sure. It does seem unique though it does have a large crack so selling as is since getting to survive to postal trips may not happen.
Plate is about 8" across, it does have the before mentioned crack which is missing some of the plate but hard to see since in brown and edge.
