Some of the David Winter Cottages and such come in 2 sizes with a large one and a smaller version being made.
Most of these are made of a heavy type of resin to me. This one is almost 1 1/2 pounds by itself.
Cottage stands about 4" tall and 6" wide.
No cracks I could see but it does have a few minor chips or loss of paint on roofs.
