This a newer sign made I belief in the 90's or maybe the late 80's, no manufacturer I could see or when it was made.
Etsy is horrible on large items and shipping cost; I will do my best to find a cheaper way since I don't think it cost 90 dollars to ship this is right.
Has been used with a few small scrapes whoever used it before used Velcro to hang.
