I would grade this comic as fine, since some pages have some corner wear from storage, not sure it was ever read since spine is in good condition.
Please note with Comics I do not except returns since I have had some replace a good copy with a poorer quality and send back. While most are honest the few have taught me that lesson.
No torn or missing pages I could see.
