I couldn't find much about this book but seems rare since even copies made in the 50's are hard to find. It cost .25 back in the day.
The major problem is some cover wear and missing corners and edges of cover. It is stored in plastic bag to keep in current condition.
It says on cover second edition of 10,000 so maybe only 20,000 unless a third edition was made, while it says 1892 it may have been published some years later but was only date in book.
