Vintage Metal Bookends, Cast Iron/Metal Indian Head Bookends, 1950's#
These appear to me to be made of maybe cast iron and painted to look bronze. They do have some age and paint lost from usage and storage. Each weighs a pound and stand about 4" tall and 3" wide.
I couldn't see who made these or when but was with a bunch of stuff from late 50's to early these may have been as early as the 30's or late 40's since metal was used for war effort during most of 40's.
No broken spots I could see.
